Unopened returns within 30 days. Full refund, no questions asked.
The short version
30 days, unopened. If it arrived sealed and you changed your mind, we will refund the full purchase price minus return shipping. Email us and we'll send a prepaid label.
Why we can't accept opened items
Intimate wellness products, once opened, cannot be resold for hygiene reasons. This is industry standard — Dame, Maude, Lelo, and others have the same policy. We're sorry we can't make an exception, even for lightly used items.
If your product arrives defective
That is different. If a product is broken, doesn't turn on, or has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will replace it at no cost — even if it's been opened and used. Please include a short video or photo showing the issue.
How to start a return
Email hello@elynu.com with your order number and a short note. We typically respond within one business day with a prepaid return label (for unopened items) or replacement details (for defective items).
Refund timing
Once we receive your return, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days. Depending on your bank, the credit may take 5-10 days to show on your statement.
A note on gift returns
If you received elynu as a gift and want to exchange it for something else, email us — we can usually arrange store credit even if the original buyer is not the one contacting us.
